Ultra-light magnesium alloy and titanium alloy brackets are manufactured with a strength-to-weight ratio of 1:1000, meeting the satellite's weight reduction requirements. Thermal stability is ensured by CNC machining of aluminum alloys or ceramic matrix composites (CMC), which can withstand temperature differences of ±200℃, ensuring dimensional stability. Micro-pores and microstructures are created using laser-assisted CNC technology to process micron-level cooling channels on the inner walls of nozzles, enhancing propulsion efficiency.
