Made of high-quality alloy steel or stainless steel, it undergoes heat treatment and tempering to achieve high rigidity, wear resistance, and fatigue durability.
Adhering to ISO tolerance standards (h6/h7), each shaft segment transition incorporates a back-cut groove or fillet design to minimize stress concentration.
The surface is ground or chrome-plated with an Ra ≤ 0.8μm to ensure accuracy and corrosion resistance of the mating surface.
