Multi-chamber CNC-machined enclosure parts, such as engine cylinder blocks and gearbox housings, made from high-strength aluminum alloy or cast iron. These components undergo precise tolerance control for hole positioning and assembly surfaces, ensuring structural protection and integration for complex equipment.
The engine block, as a core structural component, is manufactured from high-strength cast iron or aluminum alloy and undergoes precision machining in a five-axis CNC center.
The process includes key steps such as cylinder bore boring, crankshaft and camshaft hole machining, end milling, oil channel drilling and tapping, and threaded hole formation, ensuring dimensional accuracy of ±0.01mm, position accuracy of ≤0.02mm, and surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8μm.
The integrated water channels, oil channels, and bolt holes are clamped in one clamping to complete the processing, ensuring the sealing and structural strength of the mating surfaces of each system.
The finished product undergoes 100% airtightness testing and three-coordinate measurement to ensure compliance with rigidity requirements and long-term operational stability under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. It is suitable for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and engineering machinery power systems.
