Product Details

Material and process: Mainly made of aluminum alloy or aluminum-magnesium alloy (such as 6061), formed by CNC precision machining, combined with surface treatments such as anodizing and sandblasting to improve heat dissipation and corrosion resistance.

Key control: The accuracy must reach ±0.05mm to ensure structural adaptability. The heat sink design contains a raised structure to increase the heat dissipation area, and the heat is efficiently exported through the heat transfer plate.
