Material and process: Cast steel ZG310-570 (normalized, hardness 180-229HB), CNC milling/turning to form fork legs and inner shift shaft holes (tolerance ±0.05mm), fork legs are quenched to HRC50 and finely ground after rough machining.

Key control: Constant temperature environment to suppress thermal deformation, inner hole surface roughness Ra≤3.2μm, positioning pin hole accuracy 5H14; rust-proof treatment after deburring to ensure assembly consistency.
