Material and process: rare earth permanent magnets (such as NdFeB) or special alloy steel are used, and the thin-walled rotor structure is formed by precision CNC turning/milling, and the shape and position tolerances are strictly controlled (coaxiality ≤ 0.01mm).

Key control: constant temperature workshop (±1°C) processing suppresses thermal deformation, and the dynamic balance level must reach G1.0 (speed > 5000rpm); the magnetic steel slot needs to be magnetized and vacuum impregnated after fine machining.
