Key control: constant temperature workshop (±1°C) to suppress thermal deformation, rough and fine processing separation to ensure structural stability; surface high-frequency quenching treatment (hardness HRC45-55) to improve wear resistance, roughness after fine grinding to Ra≤3.2μm.
